Surrounded by Joshua Trees and mature landscaping, drift into this relaxing and private stay with a hot tub, cowboy tub, firepit and expansive shaded outdoor living room and dining area. The space
The home is on a 5 acre property that is separated from an additional 5 acres owned by the same owner with a porous fence. That means if you're bringing a pet, we recommend keeping them on a leash. If they do wander onto the neighboring property, it's fully fenced and the home there is occasionally occupied by a handyman who is working to restore it.
Guest access
The fence to the left of the house divides this home from others on the 10 acre property.
Other things to note:
Dogs: We warmly welcome dogs for a one-time fee of $100. Please notify us in advance if you’ll be bringing your pet. For your convenience, we provide lint brushes, furniture sheets, a dog bed, and waste bags. If our cleaners need to remove pet hair from furniture, pick up pet waste, or address a pet accident, an additional cleaning charge of $50 minimum will apply.
Please note, the yard is NOT fully fenced, and coyotes are occasionally seen on the property, so we kindly ask that dogs remain on a leash at all times.
We do offer early check-ins and late check-outs when available for a fee.
